Spread across 172 acres, it boasts adventure parks, waterfront dining, events, live concerts, inviting playgrounds, scenic paths, green spaces, hotels, an expansive events & convention center, and a mesmerizing Vegas-style water and light show.

The Epic, a 120,000-square-foot fitness, arts, and entertainment facility, featuring multi-purpose courts with built-in seating, a grand atrium with high-tech library, theater, recording studio, large fitness center, second floor track and unique adventure track, artist studio, culinary arts room, performing arts theater, youth game room, indoor lap and resistance pool, an outdoor amphitheater, and more located southwest of the city's Public Safety Building.
Create Epic Studio Work Space. The studio space includes 2 pottery wheels and a kiln for Create Epic Members.
Epic Gallery 2960 hosts showings for budding visual artists as well as established local artists. With the capability to provide an accompanying opening and closing reception, our goal is to show artwork for at least a month at a time so that the work will be exposed to hundreds of members and guests on a daily basis.
Epic Culinary Kitchen. Members have opportunities to attend classes at member price and can apply to teach. See the class schedule online.
Epic Theater performing arts venue is equipped with a fully integrated, high powered sound and lighting system. Professional sound engineers & lighting technicians are available to enhance the quality of your production. In addition to in-house productions, the theater is also available for rentals.
Workbench Station in Artist Studio. Members can make a mess and get your creative project done! Just clean up when you are done!
The Epic is a 120,000 fitness and family lifestyle center.
Members will enjoy the pro easels in the Art studio. Check out those high ceilings and natural light. Member will have opportunity to attend and teach classes.
The Epic Podcast Booth is located in the grand atrium to the right of the entrance. This amenity is equipped with state-of-art podcasting equipment. This space is also perfect to record your next podcast. Members may use the podcast booth two hours a month. After the two hours members pay reduced rates. Check out the pricing HERE
The recording studio comprises both an engineering room powered by Neve 5088 & a live sound room. Professional sound engineers are available to assist with your quality production & also have access to ProTools and Logic for recording/post-production. Create Epic Members receive 2 hours per month of use of the studio and member rates for addition time. More Info

The Grand Atrium is a excellent location for setting up gallery exhibits or just hanging out and working on your laptop with a cup of coffee.
